Corrections and improvements
If you found outdated instructions, a typo, incomplete information or a tip that may be misunderstood, identify the exact excerpt and explain the reason. When the correction depends on a specific screen, version or region, describe that context.
Privacy and removals
Requests related to privacy, removal of data sent through contact, review of mentions or questions about external links should include enough detail to identify the case. We may request additional confirmation when a request involves third parties or risk of misuse.
Source suggestions
We also receive suggestions for official sites, channels, guides, security notices and useful materials for readers. Suggesting a source does not guarantee publication, as we review relevance, clarity, safety, originality of the summary and respect for copyright before citing any material.
Timing and limitations
Not every message receives an individual reply, especially generic technical support requests. We prioritise communications about corrections, privacy, security, sources, copyright and access problems. Do not send passwords, documents, access codes or sensitive data by contact message or email.
